The TWIN CONTROLunites the real world (machine, process and monitoring) and the virtual world (virtual machine, virtual machining and virtual energy consumption and life cycles). A virtual machine model is created to better understand and improve its behaviour during operations it’s designed for beforehand.
Additionally, after the machine is running the most significant variables in the machining process and the conditions of the machine are monitored. The values of the variables measured are sent to a process in the cloud where they are handled to obtain data and suggestions for improving control and maintenance activities.
